The timber is pressure-treated green to BS8417 at our very own treatment works. This will maximize the lifespan of the timber by up to 15 years! It also creates an effective barrier to infestation by insects and fungi.
The decking provided within this kit is our Anti Slip Standard Redwood Decking Board, a quality timber that is easy to work with.
Most decks in wet or icy conditions become slippy and dangerous. The Anti-Slip process utilises a specially formulated and highly durable combination of resin and aggregate, which is professionally inserted into the machined grooves of the timber decking.

When creating the decking surface, we try and find a board to cover the distance without having to create joins. On decks requiring longer boards than 4.8m, we will supply multiple boards to cover the distance, which will require a single join per run.
Please double check you have measured these correctly as we cut these, especially to your requirements - hence we cannot accept returns.
