Submit a SAR request


The Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) requires all companies to confirm what information they hold on you should you request this.
Following these changes, you can make what is known as a Subject access request often referred to “SAR”. This right of access means you can verify the processing of your personal data. Ie what information is being held and how it is being used.

We may be able to respond to your request sooner if you supply an Order ID along with your Surname, however if you are unable to locate supply this, you can supply your surname and email address and we will get back to you.

eDecks commit to reply to you without delay and at the latest within one month, starting from the day we receive the SAR. We do reserve the right to extend this period of compliance by a further two months where requests are complex. However in the event of this, we will inform you within one month of the receipt of the request to explain why this has been necessary.
