Timber is a natural product and is subject to continual movement when exposed to atmospheric conditions. This may be evident with splits, shakes or warping. These are not considered to be a fault of defect. Please allow a small percentage for waste.
Pressure treated green, to BS8417 at our very own treatment works, will maximise the timbers lifespan by up-to 15 years! It also creates an effective barrier to infestation by insects and fungi.
